Micah-isms

1. Micah let the pups out of their kennel in the morning and they ran amuck. Micah stood on the kitchen chair and out to them "come to papa, puppies!"

2. I was nursing Gray and Micah stopped in front of me and said, "hey! I want that!" I replied, "want what?" trying to play dumb. He said, "I want color on my toes too!" as he pointed to my newly painted toenails!

Papa Frank!

My dad came to visit last weekend! We had a nice time hanging out. We went to Chubby's Tacos and he helped fix our front door and change the air filters. The next thing I knew it was already Sunday and time for him to go back to CA. :( I tried to convince him to move here too!

The Dentist!

Brian and I made a resolution to go to the dentist this year. I made the appointments for us when Micah knocked his tooth out and today was the big day! I went first and they were very nice about not embarrassing me horribly for not visiting a dentist in the last 5 years. After a thorough cleaning, and a reminder to floss, the dentist told me I had one cavity. Not So bad for 5 years! I also need to get a night guard because I clench my teeth when I sleep. The muscles on my face are really tense! haha.

Brian went next and did not fair so well! They couldn't even clean his teeth because he now has gum disease and they counted 6 cavities! So he has to break it up into several appointments (both for pain's sake, and our financial sake!) to get it all taken care of.

Needless to say, we will definitely be going in every 6 months from now on!

Snuggle!

Here is Grayson snuggling with my baby blanket. :) my great aunt gave this blanket to me when we visited her in Hawaii when I was one. This blanket is 23 years old! I used to pretend it was an island and would play on it.

Lockdown

So, Micah is now under lockdown due to all of his crazy antics as of late. Lockdown may actually be more exhausting than just cleaning up his messes! ;)

We got new locks for the fridge, cabinet, and pantry. Let's hope for a less messy week!
