"wow! your throat looks horrible." is never a statement that anyone wants to hear from their doctor, but especially when the pain in my throat i would rank at a two and the pain in my kidney is an 8.5. yes, my throat feels like it had a cheese grater taken to it, but my right kidney feels like there is a giant knife in my back.
this all on top of two ear infections.
