Vent

I worked at the photography studio today and have a few grievances to list:

1. Why do you answer your phone if you are busy/don't have time to talk?!?! It bewilders me.

2. When I congratulate you on your engagement, say, "Thank you."
"MMkay." and "." ( that period stand for nothing, as in the person says nothing and leaves me with a big awkward pause) Is just SO rude!

3. Ringback tones= annoying! Don't use them. They are a waste of your money and your callers' eardrums.
